Apparently, Ja Rule and 50 Cent’s beef might not be seeing the end of the tunnel anytime soon. The two Hip Hop icons have been throwing shots at each other for years now and it appears they’ve got more ammo in stock.

Or maybe it’s just high time they resolved it once and for all by going on a hit battle on Instagram live amid the Coronavirus quarantine.

Ja Rule recently made it known that he’ll be open to go on a hit-for-hit battle with his longtime rival 50 Cent, on Instagram live mid conversation with Fat Joe and Swizz Beatz. “He loves hip-hop first and foremost,” laughs Joe, outlining Rule’s intention to the Verzuz co-founder.

“He wants to do this for the culture. Jesus Christ, Rule, you guys want the smoke for real. Swizz responds with a cryptic message to Rule: “just get me the twenty.”

Fat Joe then put Ja Rule on speakerphone, and the Murder Inc rapper voices his desire to see this one through. “I’ll behave!” he promises, though Swizz is unconvinced. “That sounds like a devilish behave,” he muses, his suspicions no doubt fuelled by Ja’s ominous cackle.

Joe seems to think the match-up would break the internet, prompting Ja Rule to boast about the strength of his catalog. “We know the catalog,” replies Swizz. “We just want to make sure the intentions is where they need to be.”
